All that part of the Parish of Withyham which is on the South side of the River Medway and on the North side of the road which leads from Withyham Bridge to Pens Rocks, including Balls Green, Duckings, Ham, Hunts and Hendal Farms, Florence, Coarselys, Groombridge Gate, Birch Den, Motts Mill and Pens Rocks.
