This is the last Will and Testament of me John Tyler of Edenbridge in the County of Kent Yeoman made on published and declared the eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen hundred and twenty three in manner and form following that is to say I give and devise unto my Niece Mary Ann Farmer Widow Daughter of my Brother Edward Tyler deceased one of my Freehold Messuages or Tenements bearing the number 127 with the appurtenances or whatsoever thereunto belonging situate on the East side of White Cross Street in the parish of St Luke's in the County of Middlesex and in the occupation of John Allen his undertenants or Assignees. …
