	He married Jane Wilson on 28^th May 1844 at Jamaica Row Chapel, Bermondsey, London. She was born 1823 at Wyatt's Place, Bermondsey, London; christened 2^nd Feb 1823 at St. Mary Magdalene, Bermondsey, London; died 13^th Oct 1902 at Wadhurst, Sussex, aged 80 years. They had the following children:
