All that part of the Parish of Ticehurst which lies to the West of the Turnpike Road leading from the Lower Gate to Hawkhurst, to the boundary of the Flimwell Ecclesiastical District at the aforesaid well and the aforesaid corner of Ketley Wood and to the South of the extremity of the Parish from the said corner of Ketley Wood to Huntley's Mill and the East of the road leading from the Huntley's Mill by Three Leg'd Cross to the Upper Turnpike Gate and to the North of the Turnpike Road from the said Upper Gate to the Lower Gate (including Pickford Villa , Walter's, Overy's and Ketley's Farms).
