Part of the Parish of Frant comprising all that Part of the said Parish which is situate in the Tunbridge Wells Local Act District and which lies West of the Turnpike Road leading from Frant to the Chapel Bridge Tunbridge Wells, including Broadwater Down and Ramsly Farm House.
