Part of the Parish of Frant comprising all that part of the said Parish which is situate in the County of Sussex and in the Tunbridge Wells Local Act District, and which lies East of the Turnpike Road leading from the Chapel Bridge, Tunbridge Wells; including the Cottages on the Home Farm and the Cottages at Whybourne Gate, occupied by Mr Ladds and Rr B. Osmond.
