Part of the Civil Parish of Chiddingly lying South of the Tunpike Road leading from East Hoathly to Horsebridge and South of the Footpath leading from thence past Whitesmith Hill house to the Road leading from Coldharbour to Whitesmith and Holmshill to where the River running from Laughton Common to Amley crosses that Road and South of that Road to and as far as where the Footpath begins at Holmshill leading to Chiddingly Street and South East of that Footpath to the above mentioned river at the West end of Birch lane and South of that river to the Boundary of the Parish near Amley including Holmshill, Bat & Ball, Burg Hill, Muddles Green, the Peaks, Nash Street and the Dicker within which is Part of the Consolidated Chapelry District of the Holy Trinity Upper Dicker.
