All that part of the Parish of Hawkhurst that lies to the West of the road leading from Highgate to the Church to the boundaries of the Parish at Kent Ditch including the Hornes, Elm Hill, Delmonden and that part of the Parish that lies to the South of the Road leading from Flimwell to Highgate including that part in the County of Sussex
