All that part of the Parish of Ticehurst which lies to the North of the turnpike road leading from the Lower Gate to Hawkhurst to the boundary of the Flimwell Ecclesiastical District of the aforesaid Well and to the aforesaid corner of Ketley Wood and to the South of the extremity of the Parish from the said corner of Ketley Wood to Huntley's Gill and to the east of the Road leading from Huntly's Mill to Three-legged Cross to the Upper Gate and to the North of the turnpike road from the said Upper Gate to the Lower Gate (including Pickford Villa, Walter's Farm, Overy's and Ketley's Farms)
