	He married (1) Susanna Billings on 5^th Nov 1832 at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Ticehurst, Sussex. She was born 1812; died Jan 1838 at Ticehurst, Sussex, aged 26 years; buried 29^th Jan 1838 at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Ticehurst, Sussex. They had the following children:

	He married (2) Mary on Jan to Mar 1847, registered at Hailsham District, Sussex, ref: 1847 Q1 Vol 7 Page 421. She was born 1819 at Herstmonceux, Sussex. They had the following children:

	2. Sophia Parks [Dann] was the daughter of John Dann, farm labourer and Susanna Dann [Billings]. She was born 1833 at Ticehurst, Sussex; christened 1^st Sep 1833 at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Ticehurst, Sussex, daughter of John (labourer) & Sussannah Dann; emigrated 24^th Oct 1857 to Australia, sailed on the 'Irene', arrived in Sydney on 11th February 1858
	She married William Parks on 24^th Jan 1857 at St. James & St. Mark, Ewhurst, Sussex. He was born 1837 at Mayfield, Sussex; christened 26^th Feb 1837 at St. Dunstan Church, Mayfield, Sussex; emigrated 24^th Oct 1857 to Australia, sailed on the 'Irene', arrived in Sydney on 11th February 1858. They had the following children:
