	He married Elizabeth Scrivens on 4^th Dec 1850 at St. Mary, Ashford, Kent, witnesses: John Pott and Ann Cook. She was born 1826 at Sevenoaks, Kent, daughter of William Scrivens. They had the following children:

	He married Sarah Jane Frost on Oct to Dec 1858, registered at Ticehurst District, Sussex, ref: 1858 Q4 Vol 2b Page 162. She was born c 1835. They had the following children:
