	He married Jemima Reed on 30^th Aug 1859 at All Saints Church, Brenchley, Kent, witnesses Benjamin Maynard & Elizabeth Weston. She was born 1840 at Brenchley, Kent; christened 8^th Mar 1840 at All Saints Church, Brenchley, Kent, mother Charlotte Reed, illegitimate. They had the following children:

	He married Alice Emily Wooden on Oct to Dec 1897 at Cranbrook, Kent, registered at Cranbrook District, Kent, ref: 1897 Q4 Vol 2A Page 1539. She was born 1874 at Heathfield, Sussex; christened 5^th Jul 1874 at All Saints Church, Heathfield, Sussex; buried 10^th Dec 1898 at St Mary's Chuch, Caterham, Surrey, aged 24 years
