	He married Harriet Tester on 26^th Dec 1872 at St. Peter's Church, Ardingly, Sussex. She was born 1850 at Hapstead, Ardingly, Sussex; christened 30^th Jun 1850 at St. Peter's Church, Ardingly, Sussex, daughter of Edward Tester (labourer) and Sarah Tester. They had the following children:
