The Rectorie of Withyham. The Lord of the Manor is sole patron of the parsonage of Withyham and haith right of presentation to him and his heires for ever. To the parsonage belongs all manner of tithes within the parish of Withyham (The Tithe of Hay onlie excepted) whereof the inhabitants of the parish have time out of minde used to pay to the Parson 1d for every acre of meadow grounde.
