1881 Warbleton Census
Reference RG 11/1044: Hailsham District; Hellingly Subdistrict; Warbleton Enumeration District No 10; Enumerator: Edward Wren
Part of the Civil Parish of Warbleton lying Southeast of the Stream running to the Trowlelows from Clapland Bottom and Southwest of the road leading from thence to Clapland Hill and East of the footpath leading from thence to Colliers Green and East of the Road leading from thence past Halesdown to the Boundary of the Parish including the Priory, Grovely, Inwood, Egypt, Batsford, Bodle Street and that detached Part of Dallington which lies within this District called Hodgkins which is about a mile from the other part of Dalliington also within this district there is apart of the Cosolidated Chapelry District of St John the Evangelist, Bodle Street Green, it also includes Bucksteep Manor House.
