Part of the Parish of Hailsham, lying North of the road leading from the Spy Marshes by Downash, to Hailsham Common, thence following the Boundary of the Circle on the East and North, to West Side, thence North of the footpath, leading to Knockhatch to the West boundary of Parish, including Leapcross, Hempstead Lane, Hawks House, Harebeating, Amberstone, Magham Down, Newbridge, Marshfoot, White Dyke, & the Swan, part of the Corporation of Pevensey is comprrised in this District.
