All that part of the Parish of Ticehurst which lies to the West of the aforesaid road from Huntley's Mill by Three Leg'd Cross to the said Upper Gate and which lies to the North of the Turnpike Road leading from the said Upper Gate towards Wadhurst so far as the said parish extends on the said road (including Whylie Mansion, Holbeam Wood, Beaumans, Broomden and Gravel Pit Farms). (except the Lunatic Asylum and the dwelling of Charles Newington Esq.}
