Part of the Parish of Frant comprising all the Houses and Cottages lying on the North Eastern side of the South Eastern Railway and the Boundary Stream of the County running from Watermans Strawberry Gardens to Palmers Bridge including Bells Yew, Higham, Little Shoesmiths, Bartly Mill, Windridge Lodge, Bayham Abbey, Dundale Porters Lodge, Sunningly and Benhall Mill with Joslins and Huggetts.
