Contents All the Town of Eden Bridge on both side to Hever Lane including all that part that lies west of the Town between the River and the South Eastern Railway comprising Pound Lane, Poplars, Starysore, Keynes, Brook House, Crouch House Green, Great and Little Browns, New House Farm, Sunnyside, Coal Wharf Cottages and Cottages at Spratts Cross, Smithfield, Brick Field, The Station and cottages of the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway
