All that part of the Parish of Heathfield which lies Southeast of the Road leading from Cade Street past the Church to the Clappers and South of the Road leading from thence to Horeham to the Boundary of the Parish and South of the Turnpike Road leading from Cross-in-hand to Battle beginning at Cade street to the Boundary of the Parish, [including Marl Green, Cowden, the Clappers and the Vicarage].
