Will of Richard Killick dated 23 Feb 1828, proved PCC on 12 Aug 1830
he refers to "all that my Messuage or Tenement, Lands, Hereditaments and premises thereto belonging situate lying and being in the town of Rotherfield and now in my occupation and all other real estate" being "devised and bequeathed" to his nephew Thomas Killick of Groombridge in the parish of Speldhurst in the county of Kent, Grocer and draper (son of my late brother John Killick deceased).
Thomas was nominated as executor and was charged with liquidating the estate, the proceeds then being bequeathed, in part, to Nephew Thomas Tester of Rotherfield farmer (son of Richard's sister Jane Tester) £200 and nephew Thomas Tester of Rotherfield farmer (son of Richard's sister Jane Tester) £200
