To my brother-in-law John Blist, my worst loom and 3 slays. To the said John Blist, a bed that my apprentice lie upon, with the things thereto belonging.
To my brother Stephen Weller, my other loom with the slays.
To my sister Jane Weller, 40 shillings within three months after my decease.
To my wife Mary £five.
Executors: My wife Mary and my brother Thomas Weller, and to them, the residue of my goods equally divided.
Whereas my brother John Weller owes me and my brother Stephen Weller £three and fifteen shillings, I will that my part of the debt, which is forty-five shillings, shall never be redeemed of him by my executors, for I do wholly remit it.
