Terry Humphrey's research
Mary, his daughter told terence Humphrey that Noah was 'gun mad'. Apparently he was a gamekeeper and would 'knock off game'. Carried a muzzle loaded gun.
In1901 lived in Ivy Cottages, Sevenoaks.
In 1891 living with Edwin Killick and family in Lower Bitchett, Seal. Defined here as brother in law. Also Alice Weller Sister in Law.
On same page of Census we also find William Humphrey, with Jane and Mark Humphrey. Clearly this is where Noah met Caroline who at the time was living in Chevening, nursemaid to the Rector Aleyne Hall Hall.
