To the poor of Cranbrook, forty shillings.
To Mr. Abbott, minister of Cranbrook, twenty shillings, to preach my funeral sermon.
To my sister Ellen Weller, £two hundred.
To Jeremy, John, and William Gylles, my mother's sons, £twenty each when twenty one.
To Mary and Joan Giles, my mother's daughters, £twenty each when eighteen.
These five brothers and sisters are one another's heirs.
To my loving mother Eleanor Baden, £five.
To Joan Allchine of Wadhurst, daughter of James Allchine of Rotherfield, Sussex, £twenty.
My executor shall pay my mother's three sons and two daughters that she had by John Giles, twenty shillings per year each, towards their maintenance until they come to their several appointed ages.
Executor: my loving brother Richard Weller, and to him, the residue of my goods, and my houses and lands in Cranbrook.
